Dayton Learning Center Has Gone "HOG WILD"
Butchering Day 2015
Students, staff, and volunteers participated in a day filled with activities. Dayton Learning Center held it's second annual "Hog Wild" day and butchered a hog. The students assisted with all functions of the day from setting up to butchering a hog and packaging up the meat. During the activity, students were allowed to taste the sausage, pon hoss, and cracklings. It was a huge success and the students had a lot of fun. Below is a slideshow of pictures from the event...
